  • Perform data entry tasks to maintain accurate customer records.
  • Assist with cash handling processes as needed.
  • Collaborate with team members to resolve complex customer issues.
  • Maintain a positive attitude while managing customer interactions.
  • Identify opportunities for upselling or cross-selling products to enhance customer experience.

Requirements

  • Strong customer service skills with a focus on communication and problem-solving.
  • Experience in office settings and sales environments is preferred.
  • Proficient in data entry with attention to detail.
  • Ability to conduct outbound calling effectively and professionally.
  • Bilingual abilities are a plus, particularly in English and Spanish or other languages.
  • Familiarity with cash handling procedures is advantageous.
  • Excellent interpersonal skills to build rapport with customers and team members alike.
