In Short

  • Implementing Laboratory Information System (LIS) for both domestic and international clients in Poland.
  • Participating in software configuration and functionality testing.
  • Preparing and maintaining implementation documentation.
  • Gathering customer requirements specific to Transfusion Serology Laboratories and translating them into clear documentation for software development.
  • Developing user stories, scenarios, and process documentation.
  • Simplifying and communicating complex workflows in compliance with industry standards for both technical and non-technical audiences.
  • Using JIRA to gather, track, and manage requirements and workflows.
  • Translating customer and regulatory requirements into actionable user stories, acceptance criteria, and technical specifications.
  • Researching and documenting workflows, processes, and requirements in line with Polish and EU regulations.
  • Ensuring up-to-date records of regulatory and industry standards.
  • Identifying, documenting, and reporting software defects in JIRA and collaborating with developers for resolution.
  • Incorporating feedback from customers and test results to enhance documentation, workflows, and product quality.

Requirements

  • Bachelor's degree in Medical Technology, Technical Writing, Computer Science, or a related field. Equivalent experience will also be considered.
  • Experience in implementing and configuring laboratory systems.
  • Some medical / biology knowledge for understanding the functioning of the laboratories.
  • Advanced skills in creating test cases and identifying software issues.
  • Proven ability to document workflows, processes, and compliance requirements.
  • Experience in software testing, test case preparation, and quality assurance.
  • At least basic skills: Tomcat Apache, Java, SQL, databases MS SQL, MySQL, Oracle, and scripting languages for system customization and troubleshooting.
