Implementation Specialist - Project Management Information System (PMIS) - Remote

Overview

The Implementation Specialist - Project Management Information System (PMIS) will support AECOM's growing portfolio of projects by leading the delivery of critical technology solutions for large capital improvement program clients.

In Short

• Lead cross-functional teams through PMIS implementation lifecycles.
• Work closely with clients to solve their biggest challenges.
• Define business processes and design better ways to do things.
• Implement systems that reduce wasted time and improve overall delivery.
• Support the delivery of technology solutions including COTS software and custom applications.
• Evaluate current systems and define requirements for enhancements.
• Lead the discovery, design, testing, implementation, training, and rollout phases of software implementation.
• Develop supporting documentation such as user guides and training materials.
• Collaborate with junior and mid-level analysts and software developers.
• Travel may be required 10%-25% of the time.

Requirements

• BA/BS in Civil Engineering, Construction Management, or related field.
• 6+ years of professional software business analyst or project controls experience.
• Experience leading PMIS implementations of Kahua and/or Trimble Unity Construct.
• Knowledge of capital improvement program management.
• Proficiency in MS Office including Visio and MS Project.
• Ability to facilitate requirements gathering and document business processes.
• Strong communication skills with all levels of an organization.
• Excellent organizational and time management skills.
• Data analysis and reporting skills.
• Business Analysis Certification preferred.
