Overview

As an Admin Assistant, you will work through the daily tasks across a variety of business functions including managing medical notes and emails.

In Short

  • Daily processing of medical dictation from multiple portals.
  • Maintaining spreadsheets for tracking tasks.
  • Managing incoming emails across multiple Outlook mailboxes.
  • Responding to denied emails to payors.
  • Working from home, Monday to Friday, 8:00 PM to 5:00 AM (Manila Time).
  • Following US holidays.
  • Reporting issues to the team lead.
  • Collaborating with team members for task completion.
  • Maintaining job-related documents with established protocols.
  • 3 years of experience in an administrative role required.

Requirements

  • At least 3 years’ experience in an administrative role.
  • Good English communication skills.
  • Proficient in Excel.
  • Excellent multitasking abilities.
  • Strong time management skills.
