Overview

We are looking for a Systems Technician to be part of public administration projects, focusing on automation development and complex problem resolution.

Requirements

• At least 5 years of experience as a Systems Technician: Databases, Unix, Web, etc.
• Experience in administration of Documentum or Liferay systems.
• Experience in Advanced Support, problem management, and vendor relations.
• Configuration and improvement of monitoring systems.
• Participation in Continuous Improvement projects.
• Knowledge and experience in automations.
• Proactivity and autonomy in handling various projects.
• Teamwork skills.
• Ability to face complex situations and problems.
