Overview

The Senior Consultant will work within the Change Management practice to support clients in their transformation projects, focusing on various industries including Transport, Energy, Telecommunications, and Retail.

• Evaluate impacts of changes on target populations.
• Build and manage change management strategies.

Requirements

• Degree from an engineering or business school or equivalent.
• Significant experience of 3 years in consulting, particularly in change management.
• Experience in strategic, organizational, or IT transformation projects.
• Strong digital culture and personal interest in innovation.
• Autonomous, empathetic, and results-oriented with excellent interpersonal skills.
• Experience working in teams and possibly leading project teams.
