Overview

The Manager for Digital Transformation will work within a team to lead major digital transformation projects, focusing on strategy, process, and organizational change.

Requirements

  • Master's degree in Engineering, Business, or equivalent.
  • 8+ years of experience in consulting, particularly in project management.
  • Experience in strategic, organizational, or IT transformation projects.
  • Strong digital culture and personal interest in innovation.
  • Excellent interpersonal skills and team collaboration experience.
  • Ability to work in international contexts.
  • Fluent in English.
  • Autonomous and results-oriented.
  • Empathetic and proactive in communication.
  • Experience in leading project teams is a plus.
