Overview

As a DevOps Engineer at Sopra Real Estate Software, you will play a crucial role in the transformation and implementation of new solutions for our SaaS platform, focusing on Cloud Operations and continuous integration/deployment.

In Short

• Join the new "Platform" team to lead the transformation of Sopra Real Estate Software.
• Design and implement leading Cloud solutions on AWS.
• Automate the CI/CD deployment pipeline.
• Ensure availability, stability, and performance of CI/CD processes.
• Collaborate with multidisciplinary teams including Product Managers and developers.
• Promote DevOps culture within product and development teams.
• Implement state-of-the-art solutions for clients transitioning to the Cloud.
• Work in a dynamic environment with opportunities for technical growth.
• Participate in the development of automated, resilient, and scalable solutions.
• Engage in continuous improvement of development practices and quality standards.

Requirements

• Strong knowledge of CI/CD tools, especially GitLab CI.
• Significant experience in a Cloud operations team as a DevOps engineer.
• Expertise in at least one cloud provider, ideally AWS.
• Ability to collaborate effectively with Product teams.
• Degree in Engineering or equivalent qualifications.
• Technical curiosity and strong teamwork skills.
• Excellent communication skills with a problem-solving mindset.
• Operational English proficiency is a plus.
• Desire to work in a tech-driven, entrepreneurial environment.
• Experience with tools like Docker, Kubernetes, and Terraform.
