We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Manager for Site Reliability Engineering (SRE) to join our dynamic team at Sophos, a global leader in cybersecurity solutions.

Requirements

• 11+ years of experience in DevOps or related technical fields.
• Proven leadership and team management experience.
• Strong knowledge of cloud technologies, especially AWS.
• Proficiency in scripting and automation (Python, Bash).
• Understanding of containerization technologies (Docker, Kubernetes).
• Experience with monitoring and logging tools (ELK stack, Prometheus).
• Familiarity with CI/CD and configuration management tools (Ansible, Terraform).
• Excellent problem-solving and analytical skills.
• Exceptional communication and interpersonal skills.
• Bachelor's degree in Computer Science or related field; Master's preferred.
