Overview

The Customer Success Manager (CSM) will focus on strategic customers, managing a portfolio of accounts to ensure satisfaction and maximize customer value throughout their lifecycle with Sophos.

  • Knowledge of cybersecurity and related products.
  • Adept at managing customer relationships.
  • Ability to identify customer needs and opportunities.
  • Proven track record of driving customer satisfaction.
  • Experience in a technical support or service role is a plus.
  • Familiarity with Managed Detection and Response services.
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
  • Strong problem-solving skills.
