Overview

As a Solutions Engineer at Sonio, you will drive technical evaluations, implementations, and integrations for West Coast US clients, focusing on improving prenatal screening and diagnosis through innovative technology.

In Short

Conduct technical evaluations of client needs.
Prepare and execute implementation plans with EHR and other tools.
Provide support for edge installation and configuration.
Serve as the main technical point of contact for clients.
Provide level 2 technical support to resolve incidents.
Collaborate with product and tech teams on automation tools.
Work closely with Product Specialist and Account Manager for customer success.
Minimum of two years in a technical position.
Strong understanding of web technologies and APIs.
Proficiency with relational databases and SQL.

Requirements

Experience in HealthTech industry preferred.
Ability to understand solutions end-to-end.
Exposure to programming languages like Python, JavaScript, etc.
Strong communication and empathy skills.
Proactive approach and ability to work autonomously.
