Overview

The Plant Closeout Specialist is responsible for managing clerical tasks related to the closeout phase of construction projects, ensuring effective communication and documentation throughout the process.

• Perform clerical tasks for As-Built Drawings and Notices of Completion.
• Collaborate with Project Managers and Coordinators.
• Track and manage construction corrections.
• Utilize JIRA for workflow management.
• Communicate with vendors and contractors.
• Ensure compliance with telecommunications construction best practices.
• Participate in training at HQ in Santa Rosa.
• Full understanding of the construction project life-cycle.
• Foster outstanding internal and external communications.

Requirements

• 2 to 5 years of experience in project coordination or document control.
• Experience with telecommunications or utilities companies preferred.
• Knowledge of record/document control and reporting.
• Ability to manage construction project controls and scheduling.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite and JIRA.
