In Short

• Join the AI team as a Machine Learning Engineer working on speech recognition systems.
• Fine-tune, evaluate, and deploy state-of-the-art models in speech recognition.
• Collect and curate custom ASR datasets.
• Work with MLOps team for continuous model training.
• Design and conduct experiments for new approaches and datasets.
• Build and maintain data pipelines and audio preprocessing workflows.
• Collaborate with product managers, researchers, and developers.

Requirements

• Master’s degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or related field.
• 5-8+ years of experience in ML engineering.
• Strong programming skills in Python and ML frameworks.
• Experience with deep learning models, including transformers.
• Experience with MLOps pipeline tools.
