• Develop and implement personalization strategies using Salesforce Marketing Cloud Personalization.
• Design and build dynamic, personalized web and email experiences.
• Integrate SFMC Personalization with Salesforce Commerce Cloud and other platforms.
• Develop and optimize React.js components for personalization use cases.
• Implement and maintain data integrations for real-time tracking and insights.
• Leverage REST and SOAP APIs to connect SFMC with various digital touchpoints.
• Monitor and optimize personalization rules and user journeys.
• Collaborate with marketing, UX, and analytics teams to improve campaign performance.

Requirements

• 5+ years of experience with Salesforce Marketing Cloud.
• Hands-on experience in React.js and front-end development.
• Strong understanding of personalization and segmentation strategies.
• Experience with REST APIs and data integrations.
• Knowledge of SQL, AMPscript, and JavaScript (SSJS).
• Familiarity with Salesforce Commerce Cloud or Adobe Experience Cloud is a plus.
• Experience with Google Analytics or CDPs for data-driven personalization.
• Strong problem-solving skills and ability to work in an agile environment.
