Overview

We are seeking a Software Engineer / Application Expert to support the growth and adoption of the Customer Data Platform (CDP). This role involves collaboration with business, operations, and engineering teams to ensure a high-performance, scalable, and secure CDP setup for data-driven marketing.

In Short

Act as first-line support for CDP platform issues.
Monitor platform performance and data syncs.
Manage platform configuration and access controls.
Collaborate with data engineers/analysts.
Maintain internal documentation for troubleshooting.
Conduct regular QA checks on audience use cases.

Requirements

Experience with CDPs (e.g., Hightouch, Segment).
Strong understanding of customer data activation.
Proficiency in troubleshooting data platforms.
Familiarity with GCP stack: BigQuery, dbt, Terraform.
Knowledge of data governance and GDPR compliance.
Strong collaboration and communication skills.
