SSTM Deputy - Remote

Overview

The SSTM Deputy role involves supporting the SSTM to ensure all EHE deliverables are met on time while coordinating activities across teams.

• Coordinate all EHE activities with different teams.
• Manage budgets and track cost updates.
• Track timelines and ensure tasks are completed on schedule.
• Ensure technical features meet design and quality standards.
• Maintain up-to-date documents and updates.
• Solve problems quickly and follow up on technical issues.
• Monitor testing, validation, and production readiness.
• Track progress using key performance indicators (KPIs).
• Report status and raise issues to higher management when necessary.
• Deliver results using company tools and provide regular updates.

Requirements

• Background in automotive electronics and vehicle systems.
• Proficient in Microsoft Office tools (Word, Excel, PowerPoint).
• Experience with engineering platforms like PLM (Teamcenter, Enovia, CODEP) and tools like JIRA, Polarion, MS Project.
• Strong problem-solving and project management skills.
• Excellent teamwork and communication abilities.
• Able to work independently, stay organized, and meet deadlines.
