Overview

As a Sales Development Representative (SDR) at Solo, you will be responsible for contacting prospects via email, calls, and LinkedIn to book qualified meetings for Account Executives (AEs). You will utilize various sales tools to organize your activities and improve your workflow.

In Short

  • Contact prospects and customers via email, calls, LinkedIn messages, etc.
  • Use Sales Navigator and Zoominfo to research prospects.
  • Utilize Outreach to manage prospect sequences.
  • Achieve and exceed weekly/monthly metrics.
  • Follow-up and qualify contacts from various activities.
  • Record all lead activities in Salesforce and Outreach.
  • Respond to inquiries in chat using Drift.
  • Travel to in-person events as needed.
  • Attend meetings with AEs and peers.

Requirements

  • Experience using Salesforce.
  • Experience with sales enablement platforms like Outreach.
  • Experience using contact databases like Zoominfo.
  • Experience with Sales Navigator is a plus.
  • Degree in communications or business.
  • Track record of accomplishments.
  • Disciplined and resilient approach.
  • Adaptability in unfamiliar circumstances.
