As a Sales Development Representative (SDR) at Solo, you will be responsible for contacting prospects via email, calls, and LinkedIn to book qualified meetings for Account Executives (AEs). You will utilize various sales tools to organize your activities and improve your workflow.

  • Contact prospects and customers via email, calls, and LinkedIn.
  • Use Sales Navigator and Zoominfo for prospect research.
  • Utilize Outreach to manage prospect sequences.
  • Achieve and exceed sales metrics.
  • Follow-up and qualify leads from marketing activities.
  • Record lead activities in Salesforce and Outreach.
  • Respond to inquiries using Drift chat.
  • Travel to in-person events as needed.
  • Attend meetings with AEs and peers.

Requirements

  • Experience using Salesforce.
  • Experience with sales enablement platforms like Outreach.
  • Experience with contact databases like Zoominfo.
  • Sales Navigator experience is a plus.
  • Degree in communications or business.
  • Track record of accomplishments in sales.
  • Disciplined and resilient approach to sales.
  • Adaptability in unfamiliar situations.
