Income Tax Manager - Remote

Overview

We are seeking an Income Tax Manager to support the Tax Director with both domestic and international income tax responsibilities. In this role, you will work closely and proactively within the Tax Team, as a member of cross-functional teams, and with external advisors.

In Short

• Prepare quarterly income tax provisions, tax account reconciliations, income tax disclosures, and support the monthly close process.
• Manage domestic and international tax compliance and transfer pricing, including country by country reporting and pillar II compliance.
• Partner with cross-functional teams including Accounting, Finance, Procurement, Legal, and Treasury at all levels within the company.
• Provide professional and prompt tax guidance to internal partners.
• Support international tax expansion, including liaising with external advisors on tax return preparation.
• Execute ad hoc projects as required.
• Uphold compliance with SOX requirements in all areas.
• Develop and implement process improvements, utilizing technology where appropriate, over the tax calculation process.

Requirements

• Accounting/tax degree required.
• CPA preferred but not required.
• Minimum 6 years of relevant experience a Big 4 accounting firm and in the industry.
• High-tech industry experience in California required.
• Experience with SAP preferred.
• Experience with OneSource preferred.
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
• Experience with tax research.
