At Solar Pros, we’re growing our statewide virtual team and looking for proven solar closers who know how to lead a homeowner through a full consult and close with confidence. This is a fully remote role, available to experienced closers anywhere in Florida.

Run virtual solar consultations with qualified Florida homeowners
Present customized energy recommendations and close deals remotely

Requirements

Minimum 2+ years of SOLAR closing experience (in-home and/or virtual)
Proven track record of consistent closing and hitting KPIs
Strong presentation skills through Zoom or phone
Self-motivated, organized, and able to run a remote sales schedule
Must be located in Florida
