Overview

This position involves managing the mortgage closing process and ensuring all documents are prepared accurately and timely.

In Short

• Review loan files for accuracy and compliance prior to closing.
• Prepare and approve the Closing Disclosure.
• Prepare all closing documents in a timely manner.
• Communicate with brokers and agents to schedule closing.
• Coordinate with departments to resolve file defects.

• Must have at least 4 years of mortgage closing experience.

Requirements

• High school diploma or equivalent required.
• Minimum 4 years of mortgage closing experience.
• Wholesale closing experience required.
• Experience with Encompass preferred.
• Understanding of TRID guidelines.
• Excellent organizational and communication skills.
• Ability to prioritize and multi-task.
• Detail-oriented with strong problem-solving skills.
• Ability to work independently.
• Knowledge of residential closing conditions.
