Overview

As the Operations Associate at Solace, you are responsible for bringing value to our users by doing whatever Solace needs. You will be expected to take general tasks and simply execute at the highest level.

• 2+ years of relevant experience in demanding jobs.
• Intuitive understanding of executing plans.
• Exceptional planning skills and proficiency in Notion.
• Bias toward action and execution.
• Great communication skills for working with executive teams.
