Requirements

• 4+ years of experience in full-stack or web development.
• Strong coding skills and experience delivering production-ready software.
• Comfortable working directly with customers and leading technical discussions.
• Excellent communication in both German and English.
• Hands-on experience with modern cloud, DevOps, and deployment workflows.
• Self-motivated, collaborative, and effective in a remote setup.
