The Hotel Opening & Transition Team (HOTT) is responsible for all aspects of operations in setting up new hotel properties, ensuring compliance with regulations and high-quality service standards.

• Responsible for hotel openings and transitions.
• 90% travel required.
• Set up front desk and back office workstations.
• Install Property Management System (PMS).
• Oversee construction clean and property setup.
• Maintain compliance with company standards.
• Assist in hotel sales efforts and client meetings.
• Ensure training in service standards is conducted.
• Maintain cleanliness and maintenance of properties.
• Conduct management interviews and hire staff.

Requirements

• 1 year of experience in hotel or related field preferred.
• Valid driver's license required.
