HICON Team Member - Remote

Overview

The HICON Team Member will support NATO exercises by developing strategic and operational level dilemmas, ensuring training objectives are met, and providing expert advice during exercises.

In Short

• Develop strategic and operational level dilemmas for NATO exercises.
• Ensure exercise scenarios support training objectives.
• Generate exercise materials for realistic problem sets.
• Coordinate with other EXCON cells for coherence.
• Produce agendas and minutes for scenario development.
• Monitor training audience activity for feedback.
• Attend daily coordination meetings.
• Provide political-military advice to the HICON cell.
• Assist in the production of political-military documentation.
• Contribute to lessons learned processes.

Requirements

• 3 years of experience in a National or NATO Command.
• Ability to compose and edit collaborative texts in English.
• In-depth knowledge of NATO operations and planning systems.
• Working knowledge of Microsoft Office.
• Must have held the rank of OF-6 or above in NATO military.
• Higher-level university or military education.
• Valid National or NATO Secret security clearance.
