Salesforce Administrator (Maternity Cover) - Remote

Overview

We are looking for an experienced Salesforce Administrator to support our client during a maternity leave cover. This role requires strong technical expertise in Salesforce, a service-oriented mindset, and the ability to work independently in a fast-paced environment.

In Short

• Perform core administrative tasks within Salesforce.
• Provide high-quality user support during working hours (9:00-17:00 GMT).
• Independently diagnose and resolve system issues.
• Manage and resolve incoming support tickets using Jira.
• Handle multiple issues simultaneously with professionalism.
• Contract Type: Fixed-Term (6 months, with possibility of extension).

Requirements

• 5+ years of Salesforce administration experience.
• Salesforce Certified Advanced Administrator (or higher).
• Strong troubleshooting and communication skills.
• Experience with Jira or similar platforms.
• Ability to work independently and prioritize tasks effectively.
• Availability during GMT business hours.
