Marketing Lead for ServiceNow Department - Remote

Overview

An experienced business development-focused marketing specialist is needed to strengthen Sofigate’s ServiceNow business in the Nordic and Central Europe regions, combining strategic marketing planning with campaign execution.

In Short

• Plan and execute business development-driven marketing campaigns tailored to the Nordic region.
• Lead generation and brand awareness initiatives aligned with business priorities.
• Create sales support materials: presentations, proposals, case studies.
• Collaborate with subject matter experts to produce blogs, whitepapers, customer success stories.
• Conduct market research on trends, competitors, and opportunities within SaaS and consulting.
• Organize and support events, webinars, and campaigns — including joint activities with ServiceNow.
• Apply for and manage partner marketing funding and report on outcomes (leads, engagement, ROI).
• Maintain an active social media presence and share marketing content.
• Keep CRM prospect and customer data up to date and support reporting needs.
• Act as the primary marketing contact for the ServiceNow business unit.

Requirements

• 5+ years of B2B marketing experience in the IT industry, especially within ServiceNow or SaaS environments.
• Proven experience in business development marketing and lead generation.
• Familiarity with the Nordic market is a strong advantage.
• Close to native written and verbal communication skills in English.
• Knowledge of marketing automation tools, CRM systems, and social media.
• Solid project management, organizational, and analytical skills.
• Advantage: CMS, SEO/SEM knowledge, and consulting industry familiarity.
