Overview

As a Senior Site Reliability Engineer at SoFi, you will play a critical role in empowering our internal systems and services through observability and automation, ensuring high availability and outstanding performance.

In Short

• Monitor and assess system health in the corporate production environment.
• Automate infrastructure to reduce manual effort.
• Develop and manage SRE tools using CI/CD infrastructure.
• Define standards for high availability and observability.
• Provide escalation support for networking and cloud-based applications.
• Advance networking towards a zero-touch provisioning model.
• Mentor and evolve the SRE team.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science or related discipline.
• 5+ years of experience in SRE roles.
• 3+ years in on-premises and cloud-based network engineering.
• Strong programming skills in Python and Java.
• Experience managing infrastructure as code in cloud environments.
• Familiarity with Terraform, GitLab CI/CD, AWS, and Datadog.
