Overview

The Credit Strategy Manager will work in SoFi’s Credit team to analyze and evaluate data to develop and propose value-added credit risk strategies and models for various lending products.

Requirements

• 5+ years of related experience in consumer lending.
• Experience in credit strategy analytical life cycle.
• Proficient in Excel, SQL, and Python.
• Strong analytical skills with customer performance data.
• Ability to communicate analysis to stakeholders.
• Knowledge of analytical and modeling techniques.
• Preferred: Advanced degree in a quantitative field.
• Preferred: Experience with alternative data sources.
