In Short

  • Lead data-driven decision-making in the Direct-to-Consumer (DTC) department.
  • Design and execute global consumer research studies.
  • Leverage advanced analytics tools to analyze customer journeys.
  • Manage and synthesize data from multiple sources.
  • Build and maintain dashboards to track consumer trends.
  • Act as a strategic partner to marketing and product teams.
  • Identify opportunities for market expansion and product innovation.
  • Implement a culture of data-driven decision-making.
  • Train stakeholders in analytics and insights.
  • Collaborate with strategic vendors and partners.

Requirements

  • Bachelor’s degree in marketing, Business Management, Statistics, Engineering, or a related field.
  • 5+ years of experience in consumer insights or analytics.
  • Strong storytelling and presentation skills.
  • Knowledge of quantitative and qualitative research methods.
  • Proficiency in analytics tools such as Google Analytics and Power BI.
  • Experience with CRM systems and A/B testing.
  • Familiarity with consumer goods industries is an advantage.
  • Experience working in a global capacity is an advantage.
