HR Recruiter (H/F/X) - 6 Month Contract - Remote

Overview

The HR Recruiter is responsible for the entire recruitment process, from identifying needs to integrating new employees, ensuring a qualitative candidate experience and contributing to building a sustainable talent pool.

In Short

• Analyze recruitment needs in collaboration with managers.
• Write and publish job offers on relevant channels.
• Source candidates using various tools (LinkedIn Recruiter, Smart Recruiter, job boards).
• Conduct phone, video, and/or in-person interviews.
• Evaluate candidates' technical and behavioral skills.
• Coordinate the selection process with operational managers.
• Conduct necessary verifications (references, tests, documents).
• Manage candidate feedback to ensure a transparent experience.
• Participate in talent attraction strategy and employer branding.
• Maintain and update the ATS and recruitment metrics.

Requirements

• Experience in recruitment (agency or internal).
• Mastery of interviewing and sourcing techniques.
• Proficiency with digital tools.
• Knowledge of the job market and HR trends.
• Excellent communication skills.
• Listening skills, service orientation, and solution-focused.
• Organization, rigor, and priority management.
• Proactivity, curiosity, and teamwork spirit.
• Bachelor's/Master's in Human Resources, Psychology, Management, or equivalent experience.
• Minimum of 2 years of experience in recruitment.
• Fluency in French; knowledge of Dutch and/or English is a plus.
