Overview

The Clinical Account Manager (CAM) acts as the primary customer contact for sales demand creation by executing marketing strategy and promoting Sobi products as lead by the Regional Sales Director.

In Short

  • Responsible for representing Sobi’s products and services to a defined customer base.
  • Develops and implements a territory business plan to meet customer needs.
  • Strict compliance with all regulatory agencies, state, and federal law is required.
  • Prepares territory budget plans for customer contacts and local symposia.
  • Reports all adverse events to Sobi’s Drug Safety department.
  • Must be based in or located near the given geographic territory.
  • Demonstrated history of high sales performance.
  • Experience in Hematology / Oncology is preferred.
  • Strong work ethic and ability to manage time appropriately.
  • Travel within the assigned territory, including overnights, which could be as high as 40-50%.

Requirements

  • Located within the territory (Grand Rapids, MI).
  • BA/BS in business or science - 4 year Degree.
  • Minimum of 5 years’ dedicated hospital selling experience.
  • Minimum of 3 years’ specialty sales experience in the Pharmaceutical or Biotechnology industry.
  • Experience with biologics sales and specialty pharmacy.
  • Must be able to work in a highly collaborative matrix environment.
  • Experience understanding the patient journey in the hem space.
  • Start-up experience is a plus.
  • Must be able to thrive in a collaborative environment.
  • Travel within the assigned territory is required.
