In Short

• Design and implement high-performance, scalable, and maintainable front-end components using modern JavaScript frameworks (e.g., React, Vue, Angular).
• Lead the frontend architecture, championing standards for code quality, performance optimization, accessibility, responsiveness, and cross-browser compatibility.
• Collaborate with product managers, designers, and backend engineers to translate complex requirements into elegant, user-centric interfaces.
• Experiment with emerging technologies, UI patterns, and visualizations to enhance our AI-driven product offerings and create differentiated user experiences.
• Mentor and support junior developers through code reviews, pair programming, and knowledge sharing to foster a culture of continuous improvement.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Software Engineering, or a related field, with strong foundations in modern web architecture, performance optimization, and user experience design.
• 5+ years of professional experience building and maintaining complex, high-performing frontend applications using React, Next.js, or similar frameworks. Proven track record in delivering production-grade, scalable, and maintainable interfaces with clean, modular, and testable code.
• Deep understanding of modern frontend engineering principles, including component-driven architecture, state management, responsive design, accessibility (WCAG), and performance tuning. Strong grasp of design systems, UI/UX collaboration, and web standards.
• Hands-on experience integrating with RESTful and GraphQL APIs, implementing secure and efficient data flows, and optimizing frontend build pipelines. Familiarity with CI/CD setups, DevOps workflows, and cloud deployment (AWS, GCP, or similar).
• Strong knowledge of TypeScript, JavaScript (ES6+), and CSS-in-JS frameworks (Styled Components, Tailwind, etc.). Comfortable with tooling like Webpack, Vite, or Turbopack and maintaining modern frontend environments.
• Experience working in Agile, cross-functional teams with designers, product managers, and backend engineers. Demonstrated ownership, mentorship, and the ability to lead frontend initiatives end-to-end.
• Excellent problem-solving and analytical skills, with an eye for detail and a passion for creating elegant, intuitive user interfaces.
• Bonus: Experience with data visualization, AI/ML-powered UIs, real-time interfaces, and frontend performance monitoring tools (e.g., Lighthouse, Sentry).
