We are snipKI – the AI Enablement Company for the German SME sector. Our mission is to empower companies to strategically approach AI, equip teams with the necessary skills and mindset, and successfully implement projects in practice.

In Short

• Develop marketing strategies: Define the overarching snipKI brand strategy – positioning, messaging, audience segmentation, and channel strategy.
• Derive & prioritize measures: From the strategy, derive the right marketing measures and decide which levers have the greatest impact.
• Manage implementation & take action: Not only manage but also execute. Strategy papers without execution are not a thing here.
• AI integration: Together with us, find ways to accelerate market analysis, content planning, segmentation, and evaluation using AI tools.
• Content for the learning platform: Optionally, create AI marketing tutorials for our platform. Not a must, but an exciting opportunity.

Requirements

• Expertise in marketing strategy: Proven experience in developing and implementing marketing strategies – ideally in the B2B, tech, or startup environment. You are not a junior but think and act at a senior level.
• Cross-channel thinking: Understand how content marketing, performance, email, social media, and PR work together – even if you don’t implement everything yourself.
• AI affinity: You have initial AI experience and a genuine hunger to dive deeper. Hands-on: You don’t wait for instructions but see where action is needed.
