Vice President of People - Remote

Overview

As the Vice President of People at SnapSoft, you will lead and evolve our People & Culture function as we grow from 150 to 300+ colleagues across the US, Hungary, and the EU. This role focuses on building a scalable, consistent, and compliant People function to support sustainable growth while ensuring a positive employee experience.

• Align and lead the People Operations and Talent Acquisition teams.

• Provide leadership coaching and navigate change.
• Foster a cohesive and high-performing People leadership team.
• Utilize employee feedback to drive continuous improvement.

Requirements

• 12+ years in People Operations and HR leadership.
• 5+ years in a senior leadership role.
• Proven track record in strengthening People functions.
• Experience with multi-country compliance.
• Fluency in English and Hungarian.
• Bachelor's degree required; Master's preferred.
• Experience with equity compensation and ESOP administration.
• Ability to advise C-level leaders through change.
• Nice to have: Experience with HRIS and payroll platforms.
• Familiarity with tools like Bamboo, Gusto, and Jira.
