Salesforce Data Import Specialist - Remote

Overview

We are looking for a detail-oriented and experienced Salesforce Data Import Specialist to support our team with the regular upload of Excel spreadsheets into our Salesforce system. This is a flexible, hourly contract position, ideal for someone who thrives in a self-managed environment and is available weekly on an as-needed basis.

In Short

• Import and manage data from Excel spreadsheets into Salesforce.
• Perform routine data cleansing, validation, and formatting prior to uploads.
• Identify and resolve data-related issues.

• Demonstrated experience importing and managing data within Salesforce.
• Strong Excel skills, including data formatting and cleanup.
• High attention to detail with a commitment to data quality.
• Self-starter with excellent organizational skills.
• Salesforce Administrator certification or hands-on admin experience.

Requirements

• Experience in data migration projects and/or use of data cleansing tools.
• Excellent command of English, both spoken and written.
• A working laptop or computer with specified hardware.
• A reliable internet connection with speeds of 20mbps or higher.
• Willingness to work full-time within the client timezone.
• Previous experience working remotely is highly desirable.
