Overview

The Lead, Social and Culture, Hostess is responsible for understanding consumer social and digital behaviors to create engaging brand experiences, driving social media, content, and influencer strategies for the Hostess® Snacks brand.

In Short

  • Drive social media and content strategies for Hostess® Snacks.
  • Collaborate with agencies and internal teams for campaign development.
  • Maintain oversight of brand social media accounts.
  • Develop organic content calendars leveraging cultural moments.
  • Manage influencer strategies and activations.
  • Monitor social media performance and provide optimization recommendations.
  • Ensure alignment with brand voice and messaging.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams for cohesive messaging.
  • Utilize social listening technologies for insights.
  • Foster a collaborative and innovative work environment.

Requirements

  • Bachelor’s degree.
  • 5+ years of experience in social media or influencer marketing.
  • Deep understanding of social platforms and influencer landscapes.
  • Experience with content creation and brand building.
  • Strong communication skills.
  • Experience in the Consumer Packaged Goods industry is a plus.
  • Ability to thrive in collaborative environments.
  • Familiarity with social listening technologies.
  • Passion for food, snacking, and consumer engagement.
  • Experience with influencer contracting is beneficial.
