Requirements

  • Knowledge in engineering materials and manufacturing methods.
  • Experience with interconnect solutions and medical applications.
  • Familiarity with ISO13485 and IEC 60601 standards.
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
  • Ability to communicate complex concepts effectively.
  • Willingness to travel for business purposes.
  • Experience in cross-functional team leadership.
  • Ability to mentor and develop team members.
