Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in a quantitative field; Master’s or Ph.D. preferred.
• 8+ years of experience in data-driven decision-making.
• Advanced proficiency in SQL and data transformation tools.
• Experience with scripting languages like Python and statistical software like R.
• Ability to design experiments with statistically significant findings.
• Excellent communication and storytelling skills.
• Proven leadership abilities.
• Self-starter mentality with creative problem-solving skills.
