Overview

This role supports internal and client-facing projects, focusing on producing and maintaining high-quality product documentation such as implementation guides, runbooks, and user manuals. You'll bridge business needs and technical execution, translating complex healthcare and FHIR-related functionality into accessible documentation.

  • Ensure compliance with privacy and security standards.

Requirements

  • Bachelor’s degree in relevant fields.
  • 5+ years in business/systems analysis and technical writing.
  • Experience translating technical concepts for diverse audiences.
  • Familiarity with system integration and healthcare tech.
  • Experience with version control for documentation.
  • Ability to work independently and collaboratively.
  • Excellent analytical and communication skills.
  • Experience with Agile, Scrum, and Waterfall methodologies.
  • Problem-solver with a passion for clarity and precision.
  • Experience with FHIR versions and profiles.
