Requirements

• 5 - 7 years of experience in marketing operations or a similar role.
• Expertise in marketing automation platforms, preferably Marketo.
• Strong analytical mindset with knowledge of B2B marketing.
• Proven ability to optimize systems and implement marketing strategies.
• Strong leadership and stakeholder management skills.
• Fluent in English; proficiency in German and/or French is a plus.
