In Short

  • Role based in Sydney with a hybrid working arrangement.
  • Support the delivery of IT services to the Australian organisation.
  • Manage IT system administration and office equipment maintenance.
  • Enable business outcomes through effective IT support processes.
  • Accountable for IT support within the growing Australian business.
  • Install and configure software and hardware.
  • Monitor performance and maintain systems according to requirements.
  • Provide exceptional IT customer service to colleagues.
  • Identify and implement IT support improvement initiatives.
  • Participate in asset audits as required for ISO27001 accreditation.

Requirements

  • Minimum of 3 years of experience in a similar role.
  • Experience with databases, networks (LAN, WAN) and patch management.
  • Knowledge of system security and data backup/recovery.
  • Ability to create scripts in Python, Perl or other languages.
  • Familiarity with various operating systems, especially Windows.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Strong prioritisation skills with the ability to manage multiple demands.
  • Experience working globally in a complex organisation.
  • Attention to detail and resourcefulness.
  • Sound stakeholder management and collaboration skills.
