Systems Engineer - Finance Systems - Coupa Admin - Remote

Overview

We are looking for an experienced Systems Engineer, Finance Systems with a focus on Coupa Administration to build and lead our Coupa System efforts.

In Short

• Primary Coupa administrator responsible for system maintenance and configuration.
• Collaborate with finance business partners in Procurement, Accounts Payable, and Accounting.
• Support Coupa Core, SIM, CoupaPay, Expense Management, Analytics, and Risk Aware modules.
• Provide day-to-day support to users across various departments.
• Assist in troubleshooting procurement, invoicing, and expense management issues.
• Manage integrations between Coupa, Netsuite, Workday, and Ironclad.
• Identify opportunities for automation and efficiency improvements.
• Generate and analyze reports related to procurement and supplier performance.
• Ensure compliance with procurement policies and industry regulations.
• Maintain comprehensive documentation for system configurations.

Requirements

• Hands-on experience with Coupa and knowledge of its architecture.
• Proficiency in Coupa configuration, user management, and workflow setup.
• Strong understanding of P2P processes including requisitions and invoices.
• Familiarity with integration technologies like Celigo.
• Knowledge of analytics technologies such as Bigquery and Looker.
• Excellent problem-solving and troubleshooting skills.
• Strong communication and stakeholder management skills.
• Aptitude in problem-solving.
