Senior RCM Business Analyst - Remote

Overview

We are seeking a Senior RCM Business Analyst to join our Data & Analytics team in support of the Customer Success team. In this role, you will leverage your analytical expertise and business acumen to unlock the value of SmarterDx’s data assets, drive critical insights for both internal and external stakeholders, and deliver meaningful outcomes that strengthen customer trust.

In Short

• Produce Client-Focused Analysis by exploring data and developing insights.
• Create Data-Driven Narratives that highlight client performance.
• Maintain Proactive Monitoring of client health metrics.
• Perform Exploratory Analysis and Reporting using SQL and Python.
• Build Relationships with Customer Support and clients.
• Bridge Business and Technical Teams for data-driven decision-making.

Requirements

• 5–8 years of experience in business intelligence or data analytics.
• Strong conceptual understanding of inpatient mid-revenue cycle processes.
• Expert in SQL for ad hoc analysis.
• Proficient in Python for data manipulation and visualization.
• Exceptional ability to translate raw data into actionable insights.
• Self-driven and adaptable in fast-paced environments.
• Strong problem-solving skills and communication abilities.
