Overview

We are looking for an experienced Cybersecurity Specialist with expertise in various IAM technologies, platforms, and tools to join our team. The Cybersecurity Lead is responsible for leading and establishing cybersecurity capability.

In Short

• Serve as subject matter expert across the lifecycle of identity and access management.
• Engage with customers for provisioning, de-provisioning, authentication, authorization, and auditing of identities.
• Develop and execute the IAM strategy and roadmap.
• Establish relationships with key stakeholders.
• Create and drive the IAM strategy and value proposition.
• Monitor and report on IAM metrics, KPIs, and SLAs.
• Identify and manage IAM risks and issues.
• Manage escalation, issues, and incidents.
• Train the IAM team and motivate them.
• Stay updated on IAM trends for continuous improvement.

Requirements

• Minimum 8 years of experience in IT and cybersecurity.
• Strong knowledge and hands-on experience with IAM technologies.
• Proven track record of delivering complex IAM projects.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• Experience leading teams and driving positive culture.
• Strong analytical and decision-making skills.
• Certifications in IAM preferred.
