Requirements

• 5+ years of experience in data analysis or HR operations.
• Strong experience with reporting tools like Power BI.
• Experience with applicant tracking systems, ideally Lever.
• Basic scripting/API knowledge for data automation.
• Excellent skills in process documentation.
• Solid understanding of HR operations and recruitment.
• Advanced Excel or Google Sheets skills.
• Able to work independently and collaborate with teams.
• Bonus: Familiarity with AI tools for reporting.
