In Short

  • Develop trusted advisor relationships with clients.
  • Ensure timely and successful delivery of solutions according to customer needs.
  • Responsible for onboarding and offboarding of clients and employees.
  • Communicate/update progress of initiatives to leadership.
  • Prepare monthly reports for client accounts.
  • Collaborate with finance team on invoicing.
  • Crosscheck payroll and reimbursements of clients’ employees.
  • Collaborate with sales team to identify growth opportunities.
  • Assist with challenging client requests or issue escalations.

Requirements

  • 2-3 years of working experience in a client-facing role.
  • Strong communication skills.
  • Ability to manage multiple client accounts.
  • Experience in payroll and invoicing processes.
  • Proficient in report preparation and analysis.
