SkyGrid, a Boeing Company, is seeking a Senior Hardware Engineer to lead the hardware team responsible for electronic hardware associated with the Strata program, ensuring compliance with performance requirements and regulatory guidance.

• Lead a team of electronic hardware engineers.

• Generate hardware Source Control Drawings and Top-Level drawings.
• Create hardware Interface Control Drawings.

Requirements

• B.S. in Engineering/STEM and 10+ years related experience.
• Leadership experience in electronic hardware development.
• Experience with electronic hardware development and testing.
• Familiarity with RTCA DO-160 and DO-254.
• Strong communication skills.
• Ability to manage and inspire a team.
• Experience with requirements management and system integration.
• Proven ability to work with cross-functional teams.
• Experience in mentoring junior engineers.
• Familiarity with tools for project tracking.
