Overview

SkyGrid, a Boeing Company, is looking for a highly motivated and organized Simulation Engineer III to oversee and guide our simulation team, ensuring effective alignment between the simulation team and other internal teams.

In Short

• Lead the Simulation Team and act as the point of contact for customers and partners.
• Develop and deliver simulation artifacts tied to program review milestones.
• Establish and maintain a simulation framework for emerging automated operations.
• Create a simulation framework to support advanced Airspace Management services.
• Establish a framework for formal verification activities towards product certification.
• Coordinate simulation team efforts with other internal departments.
• Monitor progress, identify risks, and implement corrective actions.
• Foster a collaborative and productive working environment.
• Support continuous improvement of simulation processes.
• Prepare and present technical updates to stakeholders.

Requirements

• Bachelor's degree in Aerospace Engineering, Computer Science, Robotics, or a related field.
• 7+ years of experience in simulation development or similar domains.
• Strong understanding of simulation frameworks and tools.
• Experience integrating third-party simulation tools and APIs.
• Experience in software coding using Python, MATLAB, or similar languages.
• Strong organizational and communication skills.
