Overview

This position involves providing customer support through various channels, analyzing problems, and documenting solutions, all in a remote work environment.

In Short

  • Provide customer support via email, chat, and other channels.
  • Explain solutions clearly.
  • Analyze and resolve simple problems.
  • Analyze logs, integrations, and configurations.
  • Document applied solutions.
  • Forward complex problems to the appropriate departments.
  • Resolve demands within SLA.
  • Contribute suggestions for process and product improvements.

Requirements

  • Technical or higher education in Technology and Communication fields (completed or ongoing).
  • Experience with ticket systems (e.g., HubSpot, Zendesk, Freshdesk).
  • Good verbal and written communication skills.
  • Flexibility to handle various situations.
  • Ability to approach situations from the customer's perspective.
  • Time and priority management skills.
  • Spirit of collaboration, proactivity, curiosity, and respect for differences.
  • Preferred: Experience with e-commerce.
  • Preferred: Experience in customer service via email and chat.
